Design for print
I produce clean, distinct design for print – from business cards, corporate stationery and brochures to vehicle livery and company signage.
Print design should capture attention, inspire customers, support your brand and promote sales. It needs to deliver information to the viewer clearly and concisely, whether that information is a simple shop window graphic announcing a sale, or a company brochure providing a full overview of products or services.
I have strong relationships with a number of local printers to ensure you get great print results without paying over the odds. If you would prefer to source your own printing that’s not a problem either. I can supply you with industry standard print ready files that you can take to the printer of your choice.
SCHOOL YEARBOOK DESIGN
In recent years I have worked on the design and delivery of high school yearbooks, working with staff and students to create a lasting keepsake for school leavers to enjoy in years to come. Each design is unique for that year and is the result of collaborating with year 11 students to create something that they can call their own.
These high quality hard-backed A4 sized books include staff comments and photos, individual pupil photos, photo collections from school trips (and the schoolyard) as well as famous staff sayings and spoof student awards.
I work on budgeting to deliver an affordable product for students without adversely affecting school finances. Taking into account printing production costs alongside my design charges, we look at projected sales and book price to ensure the school yearbooks do not impact on a school’s budget.
